  • PLEASE NOTE : ALL WEEKEND WORKSHOPS ARE HELD ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. SOME INTERNET BROWSERS SHOW DATES AS FRIDAY. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES.
  • $150 non-refundable deposit required upon booking.
  • Balance of payment due 10 days before the workshop
  • Tea and Coffee provided
  • Please bring pen and paper, pillows/cushions
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing
  • All couples receive downloadable Calmbirth relaxations, Calmbirth workbook and About Birth Resource Guide.
  • The ideal time to experience Calmbirth is between 26 to 36 weeks gestation.
  • Please note - evening classes require less time than weekend classes as we don\'t have multiple breaks and class sizes are smaller.

CALMBIRTH WORKSHOPS

Calmbirth® is the pioneer in quality and evidence based Childbirth Education in Australia and has stood the test of time teaching approximately 30,000 couples since its inception in 2004. Birth de-briefing offers the opportunity for a greater understanding of what happened at your birth, along with the opportunity for your story to be heard and counselled with a woman that understands the birthing world and the impact of unmet expectations.

A Birth Attendant or Doula is a woman trained and experienced in birthing. She provides emotional, physical and educational support to woman, their partners and families through pregnancy, labour and birth.
